Who is Dutch?

Dutch is an independent researcher who has spent 20 years tracking patterns in policy timing, institutional coordination, and public attention management.

The work began as personal curiosity—noticing that major policy decisions seemed to cluster around predictable moments when public attention was elsewhere. What started as observation became systematic documentation.

Why Anonymous?

The Framework isn’t about the messenger. It’s about the pattern.

Anonymity keeps the focus on verifiable evidence rather than personality. Every claim can be checked in under 60 seconds using public records. The data speaks for itself.

Why Now?

This project exists for one reason: to build something that outlasts its creator.

Dutch is a parent. The Frequency Framework is designed to be teachable—a form of cultural immunity that can be passed to the next generation. The goal isn’t followers or fame. It’s ensuring that pattern recognition methodology survives and spreads.

The Standard

No speculation presented as fact. No unfalsifiable claims. Every example includes:

  • Verified dates from primary sources
  • Named events and policies
  • Clear tier labeling (Fact / Analysis / Prediction)

If it can’t be verified, it doesn’t get published.
